Sadly, we're there in spirit only, courtesy of this still from Vermiglio, just one of the titles focusing on rural life that we'll be bringing to Borderlines 2025. It's set in a remote Italian village towards the end of World War II, a place cut off from the outside world where customs change only gradually and is on the Oscars international feature film short list.
In reality, we're busy working away till the last possible minute for your cinematic delectation. The 23rd (yes, 23rd!) edition of Borderlines will begin on
FRIDAY 28 FEBRUARY
and last for 16 fabulous film-filled days. We are so looking forward to welcoming you all back to our 23+ venues, some familiar, others new.
