Borderlines, Britain’s largest rural film festival, celebrated its 22nd year in 2024 with record audiences at 23 venues across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Malvern and the Welsh Borders. The festival’s major cinemas are the Courtyard in Hereford, Malvern Theatres and Ludlow Assembly Rooms but Borderlines is unique in that it also includes village halls and community centres.
The film festival is looking for new people to join its board of directors to help oversee the event and play an active role during the next festival at the beginning of March 2025. So, if you love the festival, you’re a keen film fan and have experience in business, finance and other fields they’d love to hear from you. To find out more contact Steve Freer, chair of Borderlines.
