We don’t just show films, we screen a huge range of brand new films - the very best of independent and world cinema, many of them before they are released in London, as well as up-to-date Oscar and BAFTA contenders and classics from the archive. It’s an unusually rich cultural mix for a rural area.
And we want to keep going! With public funding sources shrinking, we are increasingly reliant on sponsorship and other sources of income. Any donation, however small or large, will be received with gratitude; it all helps towards the cost of the Festival. Donations over £220 will give you the opportunity to sponsor a film or you can explore our full range of sponsorship options.
We had lots of visitors to the festival last year asking us how they can donate anonymously to Borderlines Film Festival. At the 2024 festival, we will have donation terminals at our two biggest venues, The Courtyard Hereford and Malvern Theatres, to enable you to donate contactless or using your card.
In the meantime, we've revamped our procedure. The Donate button below will now generate an email to our donations team who will provide you with BACS details to enable you to give.
