Knighton is a market town on the Welsh border, and a good place from which to explore Offa's Dyke. The Heart of Wales railway line from Swansea to Shrewsbury runs through the town. The spacious community centre hosts a number of activities including regular film screenings through Flicks in the Sticks.
Directions by car: Entering Knighton on the A4113 from Ludlow, once you pass the sharp left turn for Presteigne (the B4355) look for a large petrol station on the right and the multi-storey carpark of Harry Tuffin's Supermarket. Turn right here into Bowling Green Lane. Ahead is a large long-stay car park and the Community Centre is the large building facing onto the uphill edge of the car park.
